Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 5 pieces
- Flour - 300 g
- Oat flakes - 100 g
- Cottage cheese (fat-free) – 250 g
- Sour cream (with a low percentage of fat content) – 150 g
- Baking powder - 1 art.l.
- Stevia (powder) – 1 art.l.
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Sour cream - 500 g
- Starch - 1 tbsp.l.
- Stevia (powder) – 1 art.l.
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind the oat flakes in a blender.
Mix eggs, cottage cheese and sour cream.
Add flour, crushed flakes, stevia, salt and baking powder. Stir until smooth.
Put the dough in the prepared form and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Cool the finished cake, take it out of the mold and cut it across into two or three parts.
Cut off the "bottom" of the cake and chop it. It will be a crumb for decoration.
Mix sour cream, stevia and vanilla. Beat with a mixer until the cream becomes thick.
Add starch and mix well.
Assemble the PP sour cream, generously greasing the cakes with cream.
Smear the cake with the remnants of the cream on top and sides, sprinkle with prepared crumbs.
