Delicious tiramisu can be made without cookies. To do this, you will have to complicate the task a little and bake sponge cakes. You can cook them in both square and round shapes. The main thing is to cut them then into plates of the same thickness.

  • Coffee (espresso) – 250 ml
  • Cocoa - 4 tbsp.l.
  • Butter (to lubricate the mold) – 10 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Beat eggs with powdered sugar to a fluffy foam.

Add the sifted flour, baking powder and mix gently until smooth.

Put the dough in a form greased with butter and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Cool the finished cakes and cut them lengthwise. Plates with a thickness of 0.5-1 centimeter should be obtained.

Divide the eggs carefully into whites and yolks.

Whisk the whites to sharp peaks.

Rub the yolks with powdered sugar until white.

Mix mascarpone and egg yolks until smooth.

Add the whipped whites in small portions and mix well.

Lubricate the bottom of the mold with a thin layer of cream.

Lay out the first cake and pour coffee from a spoon. Try to soak it evenly.

Brush with cream and sprinkle with cocoa.

Repeat the steps until you collect the tiramisu of the desired height.

Brush the top cake with a thick layer of cream and sprinkle cocoa thickly. Send the dessert to the refrigerator for 6 hours.
