I really love cheesecakes in particular for the fact that they can be cooked without baking, and everything will be just as delicious. This caramel cheesecake became one of my home favorites from the first time, and since then I have been cooking it regularly on occasion and opportunity.
Ingredients
- Cookies (sand) – 200 g
- Butter - 80 g
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Cream (33%) – 300 ml
- Syrup (caramel) – 60 g
- Powdered sugar - 80 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- Gelatin - 20 g
- Water - 50 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies in a blender and mix with melted butter.
Tamp this base into a mold and put it in the refrigerator.
Dilute the gelatin in water according to the instructions.
Whisk together cottage cheese, cream, powdered sugar and caramel to taste.
Add gelatin and whisk again.
Pour the mass on the base and put the cheesecake in the refrigerator until it hardens.
Decorate to taste.
