Ingredients
For cakes:
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Flour - 1 glass
- Baking soda - 1 pinch
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Brown Sugar - 1 glass
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
For cream:
- Sour cream - 500 g
- Powdered sugar - 100 g
- Strawberries - 200 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Separate the proteins and whisk into a persistent foam with sugar.
Add the yolks, continuing to beat.
Add the sifted flour, baking soda and cinnamon, and mix gently.
Bake the sponge cake in the oven for half an hour at 180 degrees, let cool completely and slice.
Whisk sour cream with powdered sugar until fluffy.
