Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Kefir - 180 ml
- Sugar substitute - 10 g
- Cocoa - 40 g
- Oatmeal - 80 g
- Baking powder dough - 10 g
- Mascarpone - 500 g
- Cottage cheese - 150 g
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk eggs, kefir, sugar, oatmeal, baking powder and cocoa with a whisk.
Lightly grease the frying pan with oil. Preheat and turn down the heat.
Bake thin cakes on both sides until golden.
Beat cold mascarpone, cottage cheese and vanilla with a mixer to taste. If the cream is too thick, add sour cream.
Assemble the cake by smearing the cakes with cream.
