Vegetable salad with ham and seeds

Seeds are a small, but such an important highlight of this salad. Otherwise, it is a classic combination of ham and vegetables. Under the mood, I advise you to fill it with butter or yogurt, but it's better to give up heavy mayonnaise this time.

Ingredients

Lettuce - 1 bundle
Ham - 250 g
Cheese - 180 g
Tomatoes - 3 pieces
Avocado - 1-2 pieces
Cucumbers - 2 pieces
Crackers - 100 g
Sunflower seeds - 3 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Randomly chop the lettuce and cut all the ingredients into a large cube.

Mix the salad, season to taste and add the crackers.

Sprinkle it with seeds.
