Ingredients
- Peking cabbage - 350 g
- Purple onion - 1 piece
- Cheese - 80 g
- Pickled mushrooms - 100 g
- Crackers - handful
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Divide the Peking cabbage into leaves and slice.
Peel the purple onion from the husk and chop it.
Cut the pickled mushrooms, grate the cheese on a special grater in thin slices.
Mix cabbage, onion, pickled mushrooms and cheese.
Add salt, mayonnaise and mix. Sprinkle with crackers before serving.
