Pineapple salads have long been fixed in the standard holiday menu. And this is not surprising — they are delicious and easy to prepare. Do not forget that such a dish will not stand for a long time, so it is better to cook just before serving.
Ingredients
- Turkey (boiled) – 300 g
- Pineapple (canned) – 150 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Corn (canned) – half a can
- Chicken eggs (hard boiled) – 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Slice the turkey, pineapples, cucumbers and peeled eggs.
Rinse the corn under running water.
Mix turkey, corn, eggs, cucumbers and pineapple.
Add salt, mayonnaise and mix gently.
