Rice chips are a great alternative to high–calorie store snacks and the usual potato chips. Fans of Asian cuisine are probably already well acquainted with them. And today I will tell you how to make them at home.
Ingredients
- Brown rice - 200 g
- Flax Seeds - 100 g
- Soy sauce - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sesame - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice according to the instructions, let it cool down a little and beat it with a blender.
Add soy sauce, oil, flax seeds and spices to taste.
Add the fried sesame seeds to the same place.
Put everything on parchment in thin cakes or in one layer, which you then cut.
Bake the chips in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Flip them over in the middle of the process. At the end, let it cool down.
