Bruschetta is perfect for a lazy Sunday breakfast. The combination of avocado with tuna and crusty bread causes a true gastronomic pleasure. Enjoy breakfast with a cup of freshly brewed coffee the way Italians do.

Ingredients

  • Bread - 4 slices
  • Tuna (canned in its own juice) – 1 bank
  • Avocado - 1 pcs.
  • Olives - 6 pcs.
  • Lemon juice - 2 art.l.
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Olive oil - 2 art.l.
  • Basil (or other greens) – for decoration

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Dry the slices of bread in a frying pan without oil.

Peel the avocado, remove the stone, mash the pulp with a fork into a puree.

Add olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the olives into circles.

Spread slices of bread with avocado puree, put pieces of tuna, olives and, if desired, leaves of fresh basil or other favorite greens on top.
