- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Crab sticks - 100 g
- Cucumbers (fresh) – 1 piece
- Corn - 50 g
- Mayonnaise - 1,5 art.l.
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the egg in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pour it into a frying pan greased with oil. Fry an egg pancake.
Peel the cooled crab sticks from the shell and finely chop them, put them in a salad bowl.
Cut the fresh cucumber into cubes and put it in a salad bowl.
Cut the egg pancake into strips or squares, also put it in a bowl.
Add corn kernels to the rest of the ingredients.
Season the salad with mayonnaise, add salt and spices to taste.
Mix everything and serve immediately. If desired, you can decorate the finished salad with fresh herbs.
