Ingredients
- Salmon - 2 slices
- Iceberg lettuce - 200 g
- Crackers - 100 g
- Parmesan - 100 g
- Sea salt - 1 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 1 tsp.
- Sauce (Caesar) – 4-6 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the salmon pieces with salt and pepper, and fry on the grill for literally a couple of minutes on each side.
Put the chopped salad on plates, and the fish on it.
Decorate the dish with crackers and grated cheese.
Serve Caesar with dressing to taste.
