It's hard to surprise someone with ordinary store-bought chips. Moreover, they always have a lot of fats, flavors and additives. But homemade ones are quite a useful and versatile snack. Especially if you cook them from something more interesting – for example, from sweet potatoes.
Ingredients
- Sweet potato - 300 g
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Hot red pepper - 1 pinch
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Paprika - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the sweet potato thoroughly and cut it into thin slices. The peel can be removed or left – if desired.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment and drizzle with olive oil. Put the sweet potato slices on it and sprinkle with oil on top. In both cases, there should be very little oil.
Sprinkle the chips with spices and send them to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees.
Bake for 15 minutes on each side.
