Mozzarella is hardly a traditional Georgian cheese. But this does not mean that it is not suitable for making khachapuri. Moreover, we all know how well it goes with the dough, which has been repeatedly proven by Italians with their pizza.

Ingredients

For the test:
  • Matsoni - 1 glass
  • Flour - 2.5-3 glasses
  • Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l.

Mix mahoney, soda and salt. Add the butter, gradually add the flour and knead the elastic dough.

Leave him to lie down for half an hour.

Rub all the cheese and butter, and mix with the egg.

Divide the dough into parts, roll out into layers and put the filling on each.

Roll the layer into an envelope and roll it out again.

Cook khachapuri in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
