The recipe will appeal to chocolate lovers — soft cocoa dough with the addition of chocolate drops. If you want, you can add crushed nuts or seeds. I like the classic version, but no one forbids experimenting.
Ingredients
- Flour - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Cocoa - 50 g
- Butter - 150 g
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - half a glass
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Chocolate drops (thermostable) – 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and cocoa.
Add lightly beaten eggs, melted butter and chocolate drops. Knead the dough.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
Separate identical pieces of dough with a spoon, form tortillas and place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees. Depending on the size of the cookies and the characteristics of the oven, the time may vary.
