This recipe will appeal to those who follow the keto diet. Low-carb pancakes can be cooked in a non-stick frying pan without fat or with the addition of a small amount of coconut oil. This time I decided to choose the second option.
Ingredients
- Almond flour - 1 glass
- Almond milk - 3 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar substitute - at the tip of the knife
- Coconut oil (for frying) – 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs lightly with milk.
Add sugar substitute, flour and mix well. The dough should turn out a little thicker than on pancakes.
Grease a frying pan with coconut oil and heat it up.
Put 2-3 tablespoons of dough in the middle of the pan, giving the shape of a perfect circle.
Fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
