Who said that pizza must be round? For example, I really like to cook it oval. It's even more convenient to roll out the dough this way. The rest of the recipe is quite simple. Try it, maybe you will like this method too!
Ingredients
- Ham - 100 g
- Mozzarella - 100 g
- Bell pepper - half
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Olives (pitted) – handful
- Tomato sauce - 5 tbsp.l.
- Arugula - 10 twigs
- Water (boiling water) – 1 glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, salt, sugar and dry yeast.
Pour in warm milk and water. Lubricate your hands with oil and knead the plastic dough.
Sprinkle the dough with flour, cover with cling film and leave for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Chop ham, tomatoes, olives and peeled bell pepper.
Peel the purple onion from the husk, cut into rings and scald with boiling water.
Grate the mozzarella on a coarse grater.
Roll out the dough into a thin cake and put it in a greased form.
Generously brush with tomato sauce, spread ham, bell pepper, tomatoes, onions, mozzarella and olives.
Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Put the finished pizza on a serving board and sprinkle with arugula.
