- Spinach - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cheese - 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the spinach and onion, and fry until soft.
Grate the cheese, set aside a third, and mix the rest with spinach.
Put each pita bread in a small mold so that the edges hang down.
Put the filling on each one, wrap the edges inside and smear with beaten egg.
