When there is no desire to cook several complicated dishes, bake this pie. It will not take you much time, it will turn out to be satisfying and delicious. Add a light salad and a full lunch is ready! If necessary, the chicken can be replaced with any other meat.

Ingredients

For Dough:
  • Flour - 300 g
  • Butter - 80 g
  • Egg yolks - 2 pieces
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Salt - 0,25 h..
  • Baking powder - 0,5 tsp.
  • Water (cold) – 3 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Mix the sifted flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and finely chopped butter. Rub the mass with your hands until fine crumbs.

Add the yolks, milk and knead the dough. Sprinkle with flour, cover with cling film and put in a cool place for half an hour.

Chop the boiled fillet, mushrooms and peeled onion. Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.

Fry the onion and mushrooms in oil until tender.

Lightly beat the eggs with salt, ground pepper and milk.

Add cheese, chicken fillet, fried mushrooms and onions and mix well.

Roll out the dough with a cake according to the diameter of the mold, taking into account the height of the sides.

Sprinkle the mold with flour, lay out the cake and evenly distribute the filling.

Bake the pie for 35-40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
