Mix the sifted flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and dry yeast.
Add water, milk and 50 g of melted butter. Knead a soft dough.
Roll out the dough into a thin rectangular cake.
Apply an even layer of soft butter on top, fold in half and roll out again. Repeat the procedure 5-8 times.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
Preheat the dough at room temperature and roll it out with a rolling pin into a thin rectangular cake.
Cut triangles of the same size and roll each loosely.
Beat the eggs with milk and brush the top with a silicone brush.
Put the croissants in a warm oven for 2 hours to let them grow.
Brush the croissants again with the milk-egg mixture and bake for 10 minutes at a temperature of 185 degrees.
Then turn on the convection mode, reduce the temperature to 165 degrees and continue cooking for another 6-8 minutes.
Remove the finished croissants from the oven and cover with a towel for 15 minutes.
