Have you cooked a charlotte with nectarines yet? Then use my recipe. The most delicate texture of sponge dough, fragrant pieces of fruit, minimal cooking time, and the taste is simply unreal! Your loved ones will definitely appreciate it!

Ingredients

  • Nectarine - 3 pcs.
  • Flour - 1 glass
  • Sugar - 1 glass
  • Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Salt - pinch
  • Butter (to lubricate the mold) – 2 tsp.
  • Powdered sugar (for decoration) – 2 tbsp.l.
  • Mint - for decoration

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the nectarines, remove the bone, cut into thin slices.

Separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the whites with salt with a mixer into a fluffy foam.

Separately whisk the yolks with sugar until smooth.

Gradually add the sifted flour to the sugar-yolk mixture. Gently enter the whipped whites, mix until smooth. The tender dough is ready.

Put the nectarine slices on the bottom of the oiled mold, pour the dough.

Bake the charlotte with nectarines in a preheated 180°C oven for 30-40 minutes. If desired, sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
