Ingredients
- Puff pastry (yeast or yeast–free) - 250 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Butter - 20 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 pcs.
- Sesame - 15 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Defrost the dough, roll out thinly and cut into triangles with a wide side of about 9 cm. Brush the triangles with melted butter.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, sprinkle them with dough triangles, form croissants.
Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment, brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated 190 °C oven until golden brown (15-20 minutes).
