Simple and quick khachapuri from lavash can be cooked even with meat filling. And to make them even juicier and more tender, I suggest adding some vegetables to taste. I tell you how to do everything correctly and beautifully in a hurry!

- Lavash - 3 of the sheet
- Minced meat - 200 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Suluguni - 200 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop all the vegetables and fry until soft.
Separately fry the minced meat until half cooked, mix it with vegetables and spices.
From 2 sheets of pita bread, cut out circles according to the size of the mold.
Rub suluguni.
Put a whole sheet of pita bread in the mold. Lightly sprinkle the suluguni and place the cut circle on top.
Transfer the filling to the pita bread. Wrap the edges of the lower lavash inside, pour the beaten egg and sprinkle with a little more cheese.
Cover with the remaining circle of pita bread and sprinkle with the remains of suluguni.
Put everything in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
