You haven't tried such delicious pancakes yet! They turn out to be so soft and airy that they resemble a summer cloud. I recommend using coconut oil for roasting. In my opinion, it is better suited for this dish.

Add salt, sifted flour, baking powder and mix until smooth.

Grease a frying pan with coconut oil and lay out small islands of dough.

Fry on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. Repeat the steps with the remaining test.
