- Flour - 350 g
- Cottage cheese (home) – 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 4 tbsp.l .
- Baking powder - 2 tsp.
- Vanilla Essence - 2 drops
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 350 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind it in a blender.
Add lightly beaten eggs, vanilla essence, sugar and beat with a mixer until smooth.
Add flour mixed with baking powder and knead a soft dough.
Divide the dough into small pieces and form round buns.
Fry the workpiece in hot oil until golden brown and put it on a paper towel.
