These pancakes with mushrooms can even be put on a festive table! Cute pouches tied with a green onion feather look very original. The recipe is absolutely not complicated, but it's nice to roll up pancake bags - you'll have to practice!
Ingredients
- Flour - 220 g
- Milk (warm) – 400 ml
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 3 art.l.
- Mushrooms - 250 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Green Onion - halfpuchka
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix eggs, salt and sugar and whisk with a whisk.
Add half the milk, 1 tbsp vegetable oil and mix.
Pour in the sifted flour and knead the mass until smooth.
Pour in the remaining milk and mix everything again.
Grease a frying pan with oil and heat it well. Pour in a little dough and spread evenly over the entire surface.
Fry the pancake until cooked on each side over medium heat. Repeat the steps with the remaining test.
Chop the mushrooms and peeled onion.
Fry the onion with mushrooms in vegetable oil until tender.
Add salt, pepper and remove from heat.
Put a little filling in the center of the pancake, gather the edges with an accordion up and tie with a feather of green onions. Repeat the same with the rest of the pancakes and the filling.
