Charlotte with apples in the oven has been cooking in my family for several years. The process does not take much time, and the ingredients are always in the refrigerator. Minimum effort, maximum taste and pleasure during tea drinking.
Ingredients
- Flour - 170 g
- Apples - 500 g
- Sugar - 150 g
- Vanilla sugar - 15 g
- Baking powder dough - 15 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar, whisk until the volume increases several times.
Sift the flour and add baking powder for the dough. Add portions to the eggs and beat so that the dough becomes homogeneous.
Peel the apples from the middle, cut into thin slices. Spread the parchment on the bottom of the baking dish and brush with vegetable oil. Pour out half of the dough, put part of the apples, pour the second half of the dough and put the second part of the apples on top.
Bake the charlotte in the oven at 180C for about 25-30 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
