Classic sochniki is an amazing combination of crumbly shortbread dough and the most delicate cottage cheese filling. And they are also very easy to prepare - to the delight of even novice housewives. Such a treat for tea will definitely not leave anyone indifferent.
Ingredients
- Flour - 320 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Egg whites - 1 piece
- Butter - 150 g
- Powdered sugar - 75 g
- Baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Cottage cheese - 300 g

- Flour - 45 g
- Sugar - 60 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour with baking powder.
Separately mix soft butter, salt and powdered sugar. Whisk this mixture, add the egg and white and whisk again.
Add flour and quickly knead a homogeneous dough. Put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
Whisk all the ingredients for the filling in a blender.
Divide the dough into 8-10 pieces and roll out into tortillas.
Put the filling on each one and fold it in half.

Bake them in the oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
