Family dinner, festive table or merry Maslenitsa - pancakes are always appropriate! They are the most satisfying with meat, and it is best to use a mixture of pork and ground beef. Add garlic and other spices as desired.
Ingredients
- Flour - 2 glasses
- Milk (warm) – 500 ml
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Minced pork - 150 g
- Ground beef - 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Nutmeg (ground) – to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar and salt.
Add half the milk, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and mix.
Add the sifted flour in small portions and knead with a spoon until smooth.
Add the remaining milk and mix well again. Make sure that there are no lumps.
Grease a frying pan with oil and heat over medium heat. Pour half a ladle of dough and spread it over the entire surface with inclined movements.
Fry the pancake on both sides until golden brown. Repeat the procedure with the rest of the test.
Peel the onion and garlic from the husk and finely chop.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic until golden brown.
Add both types of minced meat and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly and kneading the lumps with a spatula.
At the end, sprinkle with ground pepper, nutmeg and salt.
Put the filling in the center of the pancake, turn the sides inside and roll up a loose roll. Do the same with the rest of the pancakes and the filling.
