For the first time I tried pizza with pears, cheese and nuts in a pizzeria. I liked this unusual combination of flavors so much that just a couple of days later I decided to repeat the dish at home. Cooking it turned out to be not difficult at all, try it yourself!
Ingredients
- Parmesan - 100 g
- Mozzarella - 50 g
- Pear - 1 piece
- Walnuts - 50 g
- Sauce (bechamel) – 3 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
In a wide bowl, mix the sifted flour, salt, sugar and dry yeast.
Add warm milk and knead a soft dough. Cover the bowl with cling film and set aside for 20 minutes.
Cut the pear into thin slices.
Grate the parmesan and mozzarella on a coarse grater.
Dry the walnuts in a frying pan, put them on a board and lightly crush them with a rolling pin.
Roll out the dough into a thin cake and place it on a greased baking sheet.
Grease the billet with bechamel sauce. Spread both types of cheese, slices of pear and some nuts evenly on top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Sprinkle the finished pizza with the remains of nuts.
