Today I want to share with you one of my favorite pizza filling recipes – with bacon and pepper. If you love everything and more – this is definitely the option for you. And at the same time I will tell you how to prepare the dough and how to do it all in a frying pan.
Ingredients
- Water - 40 ml
- Flour - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Bacon - 100 g
- Mozzarella - 80 g
- Tomato sauce - 3 art.l.
- Bell pepper - 0.5 pieces
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Olives - 1 handful
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour water and butter into the flour, add the egg and knead the dough. Put it in a frying pan.
Brush with tomato sauce and spread mozzarella slices on top.
Randomly chop the bacon, pepper, chili and olives, and also spread on top.
Cook the pizza for about 15 minutes under the lid.
