Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sugar - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 70 ml
- Baking powder dough - 2 tsp.
- Flour - 200 g
- Kefir - 70 ml
- Spices and seasonings (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg) – 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Pumpkin seeds - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the pumpkin on a medium grater.
Mix the egg, kefir and butter until smooth.
Add sugar, flour, salt, spices and baking powder, and mix again.
Add pumpkin to the dough, stir and put into molds. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
Bake muffins in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
