Ingredients
- Kefir - 250 ml
- Flour - 250 g
- Sugar - 200 g
- Baking powder dough - 2 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Vanilla Extract - 2-3 drops
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour and all the dry ingredients.
Whisk kefir with egg and vegetable oil until smooth. Add vanilla extract.
Gradually combine both masses, mix the dough and put it into molds for 2/3.
Bake muffins in the oven for about 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
