Surely you've seen and maybe even ordered a closed pizza. An appetizing dish in Italy is called "Calzone". In fact, this is a closed pie and it can be easily prepared at home by yourself. All proportions and recommendations are already waiting for you!

Ingredients

For Dough:
  • Flour - 500 g
  • Dry yeast (high–speed) - 2 tsp.
  • Baking powder - 1 tbsp.l .
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Salt - 0,5 tsp.
  • Water (warm) – 200 ml
  • Olive oil - 3 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Mix the sifted flour, yeast, baking powder, sugar, salt and warm water.

Lubricate your hands with olive oil, knead the dough. Cover with plastic wrap and leave for 15 minutes in a warm place.

Chop the champignons, peeled onion and garlic.

Melt the butter, add the onion and fry until golden brown.

Add the mushrooms, garlic and continue cooking for 7 minutes over medium heat. The excess liquid should evaporate, and the mushrooms should be slightly browned.

Melt butter in a small saucepan, add flour and cook for 1.5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add warm cream, nutmeg and salt. Heat the sauce over low heat for 2 minutes and turn it off.

Divide the dough in half. Roll out each piece into a cake according to the diameter of the mold.

Put the first cake in a greased form.

Brush with the prepared sauce, spread out the roast and mozzarella.

Cover the top with a second cake and seal the edges tightly around the perimeter.

Grease the pizza with the remaining butter and send it to the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
