- Puff pastry - 500 g
- Tomatoes - 200 g
- Processed cheese - 200 g
- Parsley - 1 bundle
- Cheese - 100 g
- Egg yolks - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the tomatoes, chop the parsley and grate both types of cheese. Mix the filling.
Roll out the puff pastry, cut into squares and put the filling on each.
Fold the blanks in half in a triangle, pinch the edges and lubricate the top with yolk.
Bake khachapuri for 25 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
