Are you fond of vegetarian dishes, do you follow a diet or just like lentils? You should definitely try this recipe. Pancakes are made from red lentils. It gives a beautiful color and gets wet faster.

Ingredients

  • Red Lentils - 400 g
  • Tomatoes (medium) – 3 pieces
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) – 4 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Rinse the lentils and pour cold water for 10-12 hours.

Drain the water, rinse the lentils again and grind in a blender until pureed.

Peel the tomatoes and also chop them in a blender.

Mix both blanks, add salt, ground pepper and garlic passed through the press.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, spoon out small islands of dough and fry for 5 minutes on each side.
