For filling Adjarian khachapuri, you can use any cheese, or better – several types at once. For a change, catch a recipe with cottage cheese. I advise you to choose homemade and fat enough – it will be more tender and tastier.

- Cottage cheese - 350 g
- Suluguni - 150 g
- Egg yolks - 4 pieces
- Cilantro - 4 twigs
- Parsley - 4 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dissolve yeast, sugar and salt in warm milk.
After 10 minutes, add water and oil. Add flour and knead the dough thoroughly.
Divide the dough into 4 parts and leave for an hour in the heat.
Roll out the tortillas and pinch the edges into boats.
Mix grated suluguni, cottage cheese and water almost until smooth. Add the greens.
Put the filling in the boats and leave for another 15 minutes.
Bake suluguni 15-20 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
Add yolk and a piece of butter to the hot cheese.
