Ingredients
- Flour - 250 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 250 ml
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 50 g
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 80 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs lightly with sugar and vanilla.
Add sour cream, milk and mix until smooth.
Add flour mixed with baking powder, and mix everything well again.
Grease a frying pan with oil, heat it up and pour some dough into the center of the pan.
Fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Repeat the steps with the remaining test.
