Pepperoni pizza is named after the eponymous thin sausages. This is an Italian variety of salami, only even more spicy and piquant than usual. This time I suggest not even interrupting the taste with vegetables or mushrooms.
Ingredients
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Flour - 200 g
- Tomato sauce - 4 art.l.
- Salami (pepperoni) – 100 g
- Mozzarella - 100 g
- Parmesan - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the egg with salt with a mixer, add sour cream and mix.
Add soda and sifted flour, knead the dough and roll out into a thin layer.
Brush with tomato sauce and arrange the mozzarella with pepperoni slices.
Sprinkle all the parmesan and bake the pizza in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
