Fragrant green filling will not leave anyone indifferent. At the same time, you can use absolutely any greens to taste – cilantro, basil, spinach and even sorrel. The same goes for cheese – just choose your favorite.
Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 300 g
- Cilantro - 1 bundle
- Basil - 1 bundle
- Cheese - 80 g
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Roll out the puff pastry into a thin layer and cut into medium-sized squares.
Make a pair of parallel incisions on one half of each square.
Finely chop the greens and lightly add them in olive oil. Season to taste.
Add grated cheese to the greens and mix.
Put a spoonful of filling on each square, fold it in half and press the edges with a fork.
To make them stick together better, they can be lubricated with water or egg.
Bake the puffs for 20 minutes at 190 degrees.
