- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 500 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with sour cream.
Add egg, sugar, salt and milk.
Pour in the sifted flour, baking powder and knead the dough.
Form small sausages and cut across into small pieces. Shape each piece.
Fry the blanks in hot oil until golden brown and place on a paper towel.
