Ingredients
- Corn flour - 3 glasses
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Milk - 1 glass
- Dry yeast - 7 g
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Sugar - 50 g
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Vegetable oil - 400 ml
- Jam (strawberry) – 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk.
Add 2 tablespoons of flour, mix and remove to a warm place for 10 minutes.
Mix flour, sourdough, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, egg, salt and vanilla.
Knead a soft dough, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
Form thick sausages from the dough, cut across into pieces 5-7 centimeters thick, shape each into a donut.
Heat the oil in a deep saucepan and fry the donuts until golden brown.
Using a cooking syringe, fill the donuts with strawberry jam.
