Another interesting option for delicious donuts. From corn flour, the dough turns out to be yellow, tasty and fragrant! As for the filling, you can use any at your discretion: melted chocolate, condensed milk, jams or honey.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk.

Add 2 tablespoons of flour, mix and remove to a warm place for 10 minutes.

Mix flour, sourdough, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, egg, salt and vanilla.

Knead a soft dough, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 1 hour.

Form thick sausages from the dough, cut across into pieces 5-7 centimeters thick, shape each into a donut.

Heat the oil in a deep saucepan and fry the donuts until golden brown.

Using a cooking syringe, fill the donuts with strawberry jam.
