Sunday is the perfect day to cook delicious meat pies. You can use any minced meat that you have. I like pork and beef the most. It is not too greasy and has a pleasant pronounced taste.
Ingredients
- Flour - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Milk - 1 glass
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 100 ml
- Minced meat - 250 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Paprika - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Add lightly beaten egg, warm milk and knead the dough.
Peel the onion and garlic from the husk and chop.
Fry the onion until golden brown in vegetable oil.
Add the minced meat and continue to fry until tender. Stir constantly and knead the lumps with a spatula.
Add salt, sprinkle with paprika and ground pepper. Add the chopped garlic.
Divide the dough into 10 identical pieces, roll out each to the desired thickness.
Put some filling on the tortillas and seal the edges tightly. Give the pies the desired shape.
Fry the pies in a preheated frying pan with oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.
