There is a stereotype that pizza is necessarily sausage or meat. But in fact, vegetable recipes are no worse, and sometimes even more diverse. In this version, I don't even use cheese or other dairy products, so it's also lean.
Ingredients
- Water (warm) – 100 ml
- Olive oil - 10 ml
- Flour (sifted) – 1-1.5 glasses
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Baking soda - 1 pinch
- Tomato sauce - 4 tbsp.l.
- Olives - 1 handful
- Tomatoes - 60 g
- Bell pepper - 60 g
- Broccoli - 80 g
- Mushrooms - 60 g
- Basil - 1 handful
- Bow purple - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix flour, salt and soda, pour in water and oil, knead the dough.
Roll out the dough, prick with a fork and smear with sauce.
Arbitrarily chop all the vegetables and spread them on the base. Lay out the olives and basil.
Cook the pizza in the oven for 17-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
