Ingredients
- Kefir (warm) – 250 ml
- Water (boiling water) – 100 ml
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 220 g
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Vanilla Essence - 1 drop
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the eggs with a fork or whisk.
Add sugar, salt and warm kefir. Stir until smooth.
Add the sifted flour in small portions, mix well and set aside for 10 minutes.
Intensively stirring the mass, pour in a thin stream of boiling water.
Add half the vegetable oil, vanilla essence and mix everything again.
Grease a frying pan with oil and heat over medium heat. Pour half a ladle of dough and spread evenly over the entire surface.
Fry the pancake until golden brown on both sides. Repeat the procedure with the remaining dough.
