There are a lot of cauliflower at the height of the season, and it is quite affordable. But in the cold season, the taste is not the same at all, and you will have to work hard to find it. That's why I always make some blanks out of it. I share my favorite recipe with parsley.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences and boil for 5 minutes in boiling water.

Put it in sterilized jars with parsley and garlic. You can add something else.

Boil the water with all the spices, sugar and salt. Pour in the vinegar.

Fill the cauliflower with marinade and roll it up for the winter.
