Despite the name, jam has long been possible not only to cook. There are different cooking technologies, and one of the very convenient and practical options is an oven. I will tell you more about the example of plum jam without seeds.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Scald the lemon with boiling water and remove the bones. Remove the seeds from the plum, too.
Put everything through a meat grinder and mix with sugar.
Add spices if desired.
Put the workpiece in a mold or cauldron with a lid and send it to a preheated 140 degree oven.
Cook the jam for 2 hours, stirring several times an hour.
Roll it up in sterile jars for the winter.
