Optional pork soups should be fatty. You can cook a lighter version of lean pork ribs with the addition of potatoes and cabbage. Absolutely without frying, cereals and lots of vegetables. An interesting variant of an appetizing broth.

Wash the pork ribs, chop them and put them in a saucepan.

Add bay leaf, black pepper, cold water and cook for 45 minutes over low heat.

Chop the cabbage and peeled potatoes.

Pour potatoes and cabbage into a saucepan with meat. Cook everything together for 15 minutes.

Add salt, turn off the heat and leave the soup under the lid for 10 minutes.
