If you like smoked meats and smoked ribs in particular – you will definitely need this recipe for solyanka. It's not quite classic, because cabbage comes here. But very tasty, and also quite simple!
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 500 g
- Smoked meat - 300 g
- Boiled sausage - 200 g
- Cabbage - 150 g
- Sauerkraut - 150 g
- Pickled cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Tomato paste - 2 art.l.
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Olives - 2 handfuls
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the ribs with water, boil until tender and cut the meat.
Cut the rest of the meat products and send everything back to the broth.
Thinly chop ordinary cabbage, squeeze sauerkraut, and fry them together for 10 minutes. Add the tomato and fry for another 5 minutes.
Separately fry the carrots with onions, and add the grated cucumbers. Fry for another 5 minutes.
Send all the ingredients to the hodgepodge and cook everything together for 15-20 minutes.
