I want to share another recipe for pea soup with two different types of peas at once – dried and green. And at the same time, I propose to diversify the standard set of vegetables with tomatoes and a couple more ingredients.
Ingredients
- Beef - 300 g
- Peas (dry) – 200 g
- Green peas - 200 g
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the peas in advance, rinse and fill with water.
Add the beef and boil everything for about an hour until soft.
Randomly chop all the vegetables and add the remaining ingredients to the soup.
After 15 minutes, season the soup and add chopped herbs. Stir and remove from heat.
